*You must be 25 years or older for this evaluation as the diagnostic accuracy of certain hormonal testing is poor before this age.

** Please be aware that no testing can tell you how many years left your have in fertility. Testing also cannot tell you whether or not you will go on to get pregnant. However, testing can tell you if you are in a range consistent with good ovarian reserve or whether there is evidence of a declining or low reserve.
